RESUME OF INCIDENT:
On 02-03-2017 at approximately 2055 hours, El Cajon Police Officers and paramedics responded to the 1500 block of East Main Street reference a call of a pedestrian that had been struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, police and paramedics discovered a white male, approximately 40 - 50 years of age laying in the westbound lanes of East Main Street. The individual was unconscious and transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. The identification of the male is unknown at this time.
