You may request an a.m. inspection time (8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) or p.m. inspection time. (1:00 -4:30 p.m.)

- Property address of the job
- Building or Fire Permit number
- The type of inspection you are requesting
- A contact name and number
- Inspection time: a.m. or p.m.

What do I do if I want to cancel an inspection?
Simply call the Building and Fire Safety Division at (619) 441-1726 and tell the secretary that you wish to cancel your inspection.
What do I do if I need to talk to my inspector prior to the date and time of the inspection?
Call the general office number at (619) 441-1726 and ask to speak to your inspector. Inspectors are in the office between 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. or 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
