Northwest Corner: Main Street/Magnolia Avenue - #8 on Map

In fiscal year 2000-01 the Agency executed a Disposition and Development Agreement with Priest Development Corporation for the sale of land at the northwest corner of Main Street and Magnolia Avenue, fronting West Main Street. Priest Development has constructed a two-story 14,000 square foot mixed-use structure with commercial/retail on the ground floor and office professional on the second floor. The project is now home to Starbucks, Quiznos Deli, Fantastic Sam’s and First American Title Company.
